Job Description

- Involving in accurate and time bound NAV computation, ensuring service delivery is within/ exceeding agreed limits and regularly reporting the process health to stakeholders.

- Enhance client satisfaction by effectively resolving escalated/ reported issues backed up with proper root cause analysis and adding value addition to business.

- Maintain regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate strategic solutions as well as impact of issues/ trends/ changes to various business areas.

- Liaised with the client, client service representative and other internal department owners on a regular basis to ensure timely completion of static data update for any new fund events like share class launches / liquidation, merger of existing funds, fund liquidation, change in fund domicile, etc.

- Implementing effective risk mitigation plan based on identified areas of errors/ losses to business.

- Lead process audits, review documented operational procedures, adhere the business outsourcing requirements, effectively participating in reviewing and renewing the Service Level agreement.

- Evaluate team performance and render productivity enhancement feedback. Involved in organizing training sessions for team members; resource planning, recruitment, business contingency planning and performing appraisals

- Optimize resource utilization; streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and contributing towards the organizational goal of cost efficiency.

- Actively interacting with the Team to ensure everyone is aware of the changing expectations and explore the possible resolutions for any challenges cited by the team, thereby ensuring organizational goals are achieved within the set timeframe.
