Our Client is is a leading development sector consulting firm offering services in *Health, *Urban Infrastructure Development, *Policy, *PPP,*Government and Public Sector , *Education, *Rural Development and *Environment and Climate Change areas

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

The primary focus will be the development and execution of business development strategy which includes:

- Identify and develop relationships with key government & private sector influencers and stakeholders.

- Proactively identify new business opportunities in line with the company’s product & service offering.

- Position Company towards improved market presence and a brand in Health & Hospital management services within private sector.

- Maintain a repository of Company products and services.

- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products related to healthcare and hospital sector. Create a positive environment for collaborations and consortium formations.

- Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities.

- Develop and managing a sales funnel of active opportunities.

- Attend conferences and forums to increase the reach of the organisation within key networks.

- To contribute in the development of tender submissions or proposals relating to active opportunities.

Major responsibilities include:

- Opportunity assessment and business case development.

- Client liaison and communication throughout a tender process.

- Assisting with the formulation of tender submissions.

Selection Criteria:

- Proven Business Development experience with Government & donors/ multilateral agencies desirable.

- Ability to work to and achieve revenue targets in a strategic manner.

- Understanding of central and state government procurement processes.

- Experience in Healthcare services Business Development.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Sales drive and results driven.

Miscellaneous:

- Should be Client facing and quality executive for execution of projects and during BD calls.

- Lead and guide the team and monitor cost & operation at optimal level.

- Be a substitute for the COO as and when needed.
