Job Title: AVP- Business Development
Reporting To: Head - Banking and Finance Practice & Head - Market Data
Location: Mumbai; Should be ready to travel in India and Abroad
Academic Qualification: CA/MBA
Principal Responsibilities:
- New Business acquisition through direct and digital sales
- Client Management
- Sales team handling
- Planning sales event and outreach programs for direct and digital side
- Achieving overall sales target and revenue target
- Scope and analyze current product and suggest improvement/addition as per markets dynamics
Job Skills Required:
- Excellent understanding of the BFSI/MF/Fixed Income products including structured products like MLD/ELD and Derivatives/Risk
- Excellent client and relationship management skills
- Should have prior rich experience in selling to AMC's, Banks, corporate, insurance PMS, AIF etc.
- Solution selling skills/expertise
- Ability to write and review Proposals for participating in RFPs/RFQs etc
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of the current prevailing technologies

- Ability to lead a team of motivated professionals
- Strong ideation and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate with clarity (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to work under pressure on various tasks at a time
