1. Policy Custodian for Human Resources
2. Process Governance for Human Resources
3. Employee Relations
4. Disciplinary Action
5. POSH
6. Prevention of Sexual Harassment
7. Training on critical HR related areas
8. HR Key Documents Sacrosancy
9. Presenting relevant and timely HR Governance dashboards for the same
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Policy is aligned to statutory and regulatory norms
2. Create new policies mandated which are approved by MD and Head HR
3. Review Code of Conduct and ensure education/ awareness
4. Manage and generate exception reports for approval from Head HR on processes
5. Present monthly HR governance dashboard
6. Create an employee relations framework (which is vetted and approved)
7. Present grievance dashboard (actions and pending items) in conjunction with regional teams
8. Ensure education on how to raise a complaint and whistle-blower mechanism
9. Education and Awareness amongst all employees
10. Constitute committee on receipt of complaints
11. Appointment Letter, Warning Letters/ Emails, Show cause Letters, etc
12. POSH
13. DAC
14. Process Adherence and Exceptions
