Assistant Vice President - Global Transfer Pricing - Investment Banking Captive

Job Description :

- Management of end-to-end documentation process for the reports and country responsibilities

- Working in close coordination with the tax teams, business, finance and tax professionals

- Regular interaction with business and controllers to understand the business model

- Monitoring International Transfer Pricing developments and leading action plans

- Leading a team of professionals and reviewing the documentation

- Providing guidance to team on complex queries

- Coordinating with external advisors on the Transfer Pricing strategy

- Assisting in re-engineering initiatives to enhance the process workflow and controls

Required Skills :

- CA/MBA with 8+ years of post qualification experience in transfer pricing with sound understanding of global TP guidelines

- Ability to interpret regulations and decide on suitable course of action

- Good understanding of financial management, economics, statistics and taxation

- Excellent understanding of financial products and financial services industry

- Ability to lead a team and guide them
