Qualification : CA

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Role and Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, collaborate to negotiate terms, fees, and optimize banking services.

- Overseeing the processing of complex banking transactions in fastest and smoothest manner, including international transfers.

- Responsible for managing financial transactions related to customer accounts includes invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.

- Handling banking activities such as reconciling accounts, processing deposits, and managing cash flow.

- Monitoring accounts for overdue payments

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in complex banking operations and Implement efficiency enhancements and automation to streamline workflows.

- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes.

- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

- Manage Inter-company reconciliation, transactions & process

- People Management - Ensuring work allocation & team performance including timely feedback.

- MIS & Reporting

- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

- Understanding of working with Complex CMS system.

- Effective communication both written & oral.

- Excellent Excel & Power Point Skills
