Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking

One of our leading Banking clients in Gurgaon is looking for AVP role who has strong work experience in Financial planning and analysis or Management Reporting.

Specifications :

Designation : AVP (IC)

Location : Gurgaon

Total Experience : 11+ yrs of experience in Business Banking/ Commercial Banking/Investment Banking /Financial Services/ Management Reporting in MNC environment

Education requirement : CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/MBA Finance ( Tier I/II) from reputed university

Shift Timings - Shift Window - Any 9 hours within the shift window starting 7:30AM - 9:30PM

Role :

Individual will be a contributing member of the Global banking & Markets Finance team. He/ she will drive productivity & accuracy, guide team on various products, and generate client satisfaction by providing operational excellence for a wide array of financial planning, analysis & accounting related activities.

Responsibilities :

- Assisting team in analyzing reports/scenarios prepared for various activities and experience in managing teams

- Contribute through thought leadership with a Subject Matter Expert knowledge

- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department

- Develops and maintains a positive and trusting relationship with business leaders

- Co-ordinate with the business to resolve process bottlenecks at different levels
