Job Description:
- Basic JD for supervisor for managed portfolios
- Budgeting
- Give suggestions
- Communicate broad framework for business plan and sales plan
Guide :
- Check plans shared at overall and portfolio / resource level
- Analyse and identify exceptions, anomalies, under budgeting.
- Get reasons for exception for discussions with the next level
- Analysis of Business performance and KO parameters
- Suggest in arriving at clear matrix for monitoring business performance
- Identify key objective for tracking and monitoring in line with management objectives
- Ensure measurement methodology in place in agreement with business
- Any disagreement to be escallated to seniors for closure
- Guiding the team on areas to focus on, to be highlighted, sample checks etc
- Analyse all business and KO parameters vis a vis business plans / sales plans, trends, benchmarks, best in class etc
- Highlight performing and concern areas to seniors
- Identify exceptions and share basic reasons
- Get corrective course of actions, projections and track achievements vis a vis projections periodically and highligh any gaps to the next level
- Periodic checks of logics / approach / methodology
- Checking BRDs for score cards, PLPs, various computations/logics/approach
- Identifying gaps and discussing with stake holders
- Any disagreements to be tabled and escallated for closures
- Periodic change requests (additions / deletions / variations) to be analysed, simulations to be arranged basis change requests, simulations to be validated,
- Anamolies to be discussed with stake holders and getting help from seniors for conclusions
- UAT checks done for various change scenarios impact analyis on business, income, PLP, cost, C/I to be analysed on account of these changes
- Present to seniors with recommendations / observations for approvals
- Monitor and review the impact on changes in live scenarios for the next few quarters for corrective actions
- PLP analysis - trend checks, PLP to drivers, aberrations in overall payout, % of resources qualifying, per resource PLP,ensure similar structures for similar profiles amongst channels
- Spread % to be reviewed periodically in line with the bank's earnings and changes to be proposed in case of anamolies
- Base adjustment
- Analyse base adjustment requests on a case to case basis
- Share the gist of the with recommendations or otherwise to next level
- Discuss with seniors and the stake holders and communicate the outcome
- Any disagreements to be escallated to seniors for closure
- Plan revisions
- Analyse plan revisior requests during the year on a case to case basis
- Share the gist of the with recommendations or otherwise to next level

- Ensure changes are affected in the plan file and score card
- Any disagreements to be escallated to seniors for closure
- Task tracker, enhancements
- Constantly identfiy areas for improvement / enhancements in tracker for seamless monitoring, update and reviews
- Identify all parameters internal as well as external to be updated in tracker through various minutes from MD / CFO / GH meetings, visits, Channel presentations, product presentations etc
- Ensure all parameters are updated in the task tracker by the respective team members
- Agree on timelines, road map, due date for external tasks with respective stakeholders
- Ensure tracking on due date and escalation to the stakeholders / seniors where timelines exceeded / updates not in line with expectations
- Fix meetings / discussions with next level for closures
Adhoc - Any adhoc requirement at any level as may be required by senior management

- Constantly identifying areas for automation - dashboards / executive summary / escalation mechanisms / budgeting portals for business / budgeting portals for staffing
