Assistant Vice President - Finance - KPO

Position:- VP-Finance

Location-Gurgaon

Minimum Education MBA / CA / CPA

Minimum/Specific Experience

- 10+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a good manufacturing company

- Should have worked with leaders to managing costs and driving business results

- Should have prior experience in financial and business analysis, preferably in a MNC

- Experience of working in an entrepreneurial set up will be preferred.

Job Profile:

Finance Strategy:

1) Develops finance organizational strategies and functional objectives (short, middle and long Term to achieve organizational objectives and manage risks

2) Participate in developing new business,specifically: assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting budgets, and determining cost effectiveness.

Financial and Business Operations:

- Directs and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results (revenue and costs); initiating corrective actions; and creating forecasts for the future.

- Working closely with CEO to ensure line managers deliver their business KPIs - Revenues, costs etc. and that they are provided with the right resources and infrastructure to deliver.

- Management projection of future cash flows,support CEO in arranging adequate funds, if required and ensure that the disbursements are within the approved budgets. (preferred).

Compliance and Controls:

- Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

- Build policies and processes to ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel.

- Lead the internal and external auditing process and support in deployment of actions /recommendations.
