Assistant Vice President - Finance - Insurance - CA

Job Responsibilities :

- This position is accountable for the financial accounting and financial reporting, budgetary control and performance measurement of all operations, statutory and regulatory compliance with respect to financial statements, establishing internal controls and review of existence and adequacy of controls.

- The position is responsible for the integrity of the financial statements and provides Controllership support.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders through sound accounting processes, methods and reviews.

- Ensure smooth completion of Limited Reviews/Annual Accounts closure by closely interacting with other departments/statutory auditors

- Ensure complete regulatory and statutory compliance through regular monitoring, escalation mechanisms, review mechanisms and training of personnel.

- CA with 12+ years of experience from Insurance or Financial Services preferred
