Assistant Vice President - Finance - Financial Services - CS + CA

Position: AVP (Finance & CS)

Qualification - CA & CS (mandatory)

Experience - 4 to 5 years

Preferred Industry - Financial Services

Key skills required - MS office

Job Description :

- Coordination with Fund Accounting team for all accounting aspects like NAV. Expenses etc

- Prepare Monthly MIS for PMS and AIF divisions

- Coordination with Tax Consultant for tax aspects like T.D.S, Form 15 CA, Form 15 CB in terms of tax calculation of the investors/contributors of Fund

- Conducting /Coordinating Internal audit and Statutory audit

- Well versed with SEBI regulations for PMS, AIF and Insider Trading regulations

- Conducting Board meets, Committee Meets and preparing minutes in coordination with Consultant

- Assisting CEO in various assignments /Projects relating to Anvil (wealth+Farlap)
