Job Description - AVP Finance

Responsibilities :

Debt Raising :

- To Serve as a key member of leadership team and be a key driver the key initiatives to help organization its strategic goals.

- Lead all aspects of accounting & daily operations of financial operations

- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecast

- Ensure accurate information on revenues, costs and cash flow

- Manage the investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury functions

- Responsible for leading the Fund raising through various instruments including term loans, NCDs, PTC etc. from institutional lenders such as NBFCs, Banks, Capital Markets etc.

- Will also be managing the team, data room and ensure all debt related compliances.

- Coordinating with Banks and NBFCs for Fund Raising Proposals; Preparing Bank Limit Proposals

- Liaising with Banks; and Raising Funds for Term Loans and Working Capital Loans

- Assessing term sheets and designating bargaining points

- Project Financing through NBFCs, Banks, and Financial Institutions

- Preparing reports for projects, such as CMA reports

- Optimization of the Indirect costs and setting up the right processes for review and control of costs

- Budgeting and Forecasting of revenues, costs and cash flow by close tracking of revenue plans for the month, quarter and year

- Deliver P&L and Balance sheets of business with accuracy and related MIS for reviews

- Set up processes in the business for good governance and necessary approval mechanism at transaction level and design level for day-to-day activities

- To assess business risk, perform scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors

- Monthly reconciliation of interest paid & outstanding loans with the matching ledger

- Assess businesses using a range of financial valuation techniques, including DCF, FCFF, FCFE, capital structure analysis, and analysis of comparable companies

- Perform sensitivity & scenario analyses with the goal of assisting investment activities
