Assistant Vice President - Finance - Auto Loan

AVP - Finance ( Must from Auto Loan Industry)

- CA/CS or ICWA with MBA Finance is must

- Candidate have worked in Auto loan financial sector.

Candidate from industries like (NBFC's that are financing auto - Two Wheeler, Used car, Tractors etc)

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Prepare critical reports pertaining to Financial Statements, variance analysis and review with top Management on a regular basis

- Cash flow management and ensure optimal usage of funds

- Plan and implement financial requirements at organizational level and negotiate with banks, financial institutions,etc for mutually beneficial terms of funding and structuring

- Finalize Statutory Accounts as per the Accounting Standards and liaison with external auditors

- Maintain the books of accounts to ensure fair presentation of financial accounts as per accounting policies & ensure timely closure of the same on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and an annual basis

- Act as a custodian of all fixed assets of the company and follow best Asset Management practices

- Ensure timely disbursement of employee benefits and rewards ie,salary, payroll, incentive etc

- Manage formalities with respect to capitalization, fund raising, conversion of debt in to equity, issue of preference shares, debentures etc

- Liaise with external regulators and advisors such as RBI, ROC, Auditors, government officials, strategic partners etc by monitoring changes in relevant legislations & regulations
