Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - F&A Lean Digital Transformation!

In this role, you will handle large global deployment programs (technology services products) including customer education, setting expectations, process definition, establishing appropriate thresholds, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery, and project management meeting facilitation, be a strategic partner in influencing decisions for the future.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall direction, strategic leadership in PTP/OTC transformation

- Be a Subject Matter expert in PTP/OTC to drive Business Outcome.

- Ability to work in complex and challenging client environment (diversified org structure, ERPs, business processes)

- Practical exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Quality tools.

- Understanding of AI/ML and exposure to value creation.

- Strong cross functional expertise, multiyear transformation roadmap required to be executed which includes COE creation, digital implementation, etc.

- Build depth in solution offering - Point Solutions, Technology offerings.

- Lead generation of Benchmarks and Insights across the broad spectrum

- Own agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, Regional, and Global LDT leadership.

- Lead Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as Coach and Mentor to the company and Client teams

- Identify opportunities to improve the business processes and deliver business impact to client by driving standardization, consolidation, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, for making processes more efficient and effective.

- Identifying key process gaps and deviations

- Work closely with client SMEs/Continuous Improvement team and company's Transformation Leader to develop and drive the transformation agenda that would broadly cover project identification, prioritization, analysis, delivery, and governance.

- Bring program management approach and rigor to the delivery of projects

- Ensuring customer deliverables and project timelines are met

- Data Analysis and analytics to support business decisions

- Assist in Leadership Review Packages

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

- Meaningful work experience in core Finance proficiencies (PTP/OTC, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.), Financial Systems or Analytics.

- Digitally savvy with high levels of consultative selling skills and Applied AI experience.

- Comprehensive experience with ERPs, SaaS products i.e., High Radius/Coupa/Ariba/Salesforce/SAP and an affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools / environments.

- Boundaryless Collaboration - Able to operate in a complex org structure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders globally.

- Business Outcome Focus Mindset uses straightforward and structured arguments to gain buy in from others.

- Ability to interact with senior leaders and their Direct Report(s) level members in client organizations; ability to network with key stakeholders effectively and build lasting relationships.

- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, collaboratively.

- Communicates clearly and with an inclusive style.

- Ability to manage change effectively.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

- CA/CWA/CS/MBA from Top institutes

- Relevant years of Experience in PTP/OTC with significant knowledge in Technology and Commercial off-the-shelf products like High Radius, Coupa, Tungsten, Trade shift etc.

- Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with impact on delivery.

- Global exposure with consistent track record for digital projects: Robotics, AI, automation, Analytics

- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions.

- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management, flexibility/ adaptability, and accountability to targeted productivity/ outcome.
