- Build road map for the enterprise business portfolio. 


- Understand the short term and long term needs of the business to build products. 


- Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure, composition and optimal productivity level. 


- Achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units. 


- Should have experience in managing large teams. 


- In Depth experience in managing large portfolio of enterprise accounts. 


- Experience in business development and solution selling. 


- Sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.

- Deliver on the key business metrics ie Revenue, Gross Margin, New business acquisition.

- Drive Multiproduct sales in the portfolio

- Drive team productivity and ensure training, retention and growth of team.

- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives

- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry.
