We are looking for a talented leader to join its Enterprise Architecture group . As a leader of the group you will have an opportunity to work with Sr. leadership and build enterprize level architecture for one of the fastest growing NBFC in the country . You will be building platforms and services to be used across various business flows .

Role - AVP Engineering - EnterPrise Architecture

Location - Gurgoan

Exp.- 12 - 20 Yrs

Qualification - A graduate Engineering Degree from Premiere Institute preferred Computer Science.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Building scalable, highly available, resilient, extendable, secured architecture to provide a significant boost to the business

- Leading talented and highly skilled Software Engineers. Hiring, guiding, mentoring and motivating your team to achieve business goals.

- Working with various cross-functional teams to understand their needs, offering them solutions and setting and managing their expectations

- Bringing in simplicity, efficiency and execution speed in business flows

- Ensuring software architecture sanity, operational excellence, timely & high quality delivery

- Setting up best practices for development and championing their adoption

- Creating clear career path for team members & positioning them

- Operating with scale and speed amidst flux, there is just a LOT happening

Ideal candidate profile:

- Strong sense of ownership and passion for building scalable, flexible, secured and easy to maintain platforms

- Experienced in developing the long-term strategy for enterprise architecture and translate that into an achievable roadmap

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, strategic thinking and methodical execution

- Deep understanding of technologies and architecture for a scalable and highly available set-up

- Up-to-date with emerging technology trends and ability to choose the best

- Ability to make the right design decisions related to product features and technology choices. Ability to take calculated risk.

- Strong at OOAD, Java,- SQL, NoSQL, Open source. Exposure to scripting (Python, Shell scripting, Perl) will be an added advantage.

- Proven track record of hiring and managing high performing engineering team responsible for delivery of scalable and extensible distributed systems

- Ability to drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality

- Passion for building a strong Engineering culture, operational excellence & innovation

- 12+ years of relevant industry experience

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institution.
