AVP/Director - Information Systems for Clinical Solutions

Reports to: VP Technology

Position Overview: AVP/Director, Information Systems for Clinical Solutions would be required to act as the Business owner of all Technology Solutions for clients Care Line of Business. The candidate would own the Clinical Tech Solutions with the aim of solving business problems and driving value.The ideal candidate would have a strong passion for solving business problems with application of innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to understand clients Care Business inside out and provide solutions to lingering business challenges, or improve on existing solutions, services and operations.

- Drive Operational Efficiencies for Care Business with Automation of business processes leading to bending in Cost curve with reduced FTE requirement and improved efficiencies.

- Required to understand business goals and customers - needs to build and deliver tech solutions and service offering roadmap.

- Drive positive customer satisfaction and feedback and manage solution consumption

Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals)

- Passion for technology and experience developing tech solutions for driving business growth, reducing costs, improving operations, and successful creation of solutions for complex business nuances

- Hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies

- Experience in Healthcare domain preferred but candidates with business acumen and interest are equally considered for this role

- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment managing changing priorities

- Self-starter and Go getter attitude
