Role Overview: - The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing professional to lead the marketing initiatives and drive our brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives. The incoming member will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan including implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital and offline channels that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and boosts sales. - The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to achieve our marketing goals and grow our online presence. Roles and Responsibilities Marketing, Promotions and Campaign Management: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies/campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions leading to growth and profitability. - Utilize various online marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), WhatsApp marketing, social media advertising and affiliate marketing, to reach target audiences. - Craft and implement a captivating social media strategy to engage target audiences across relevant platforms. - Manage PPC and SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads etc, maximize ROI. - Own the paid media channels Meta, Google, Bing, etc and deliver monthly targets on customer acquisition with the CAC objectives - Plan and execute Video Marketing including short from content and influencer marketing to expand brand reach and boost sales. - Implement and manage on and off page SEO/ASO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. - Utilize SEO/ASO best practices to enhance website/app visibility and organic search rankings. - Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and sales events to boost sales and customer acquisition. - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Focus on providing a seamless and positive customer experience. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly. - Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation. - Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns with support from regional teams to expand customers reach and drive sales growth. - Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape. - Lead and manage all digital campaigns - from ideation to planning to optimization and performance analysis. - Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the team and company. - Set short-term and long-term goals for online sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Content Creation and Brand Management: - Lead the creation of compelling, engaging and relevant marketing collateral, for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, Google My Business, email newsletters, and website content. - Marketing Collaterals: Create and oversee the production of marketing collaterals meeting the company brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content. - UX Writing: Collaborate with the design team to produce user-centric content that enhances the overall user experience. - Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy and goals. Conceptualize engaging and relevant content tailored to target audiences and platform specifications as per yearly strategy. - Work with different stakeholders to create compelling communication and best in class collateral development - Iterate with Creatives and messaging etc to drive efficient CACs and high CVRs - Lead content marketing efforts across various platforms including social media, blogs, community management, and YouTube to foster community engagement and brand loyalty. - Ensure that regular updates/content from CXO's social media accounts across platforms are sent at regular intervals to improve Company's brand and increase potential partnerships opportunities. Platform Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. - Oversee and develop, maintain the design, functionality, and bug free user experience of the e-commerce website and platforms. - Monitor and optimize the user journey from landing page to checkout, ensuring minimal friction and maximum conversion while ensuring platform usability. - Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user-friendly. - Collaborate with IT or web development teams for site maintenance and improvements. - Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of the company platform to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates. - Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to keep the e-commerce platform competitive and appealing. - Payment and Security: Ensure secure and seamless payment processes for online transactions. Stay updated on industry standards and implement security measures to protect customer data. - Oversee website optimization initiatives focusing on UI/UX and CRO to improve the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates. - Implement and QA tracking tags to ensure accurate measurement and attribution. Team Collaboration, Agency Liasioning and Leadership: - Work closely with the marketing, operations, & sales team, and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. - Effective liasioning with third party agencies for effective delivery and implementation of set goals. - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. - Monitor expenditures and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets. - Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best possible terms. Co-ordination with service providers to ensure optimal delivery as per the agreed terms. - Work closely with media buyers across various platforms such as Facebook, Google ads, Bing Ads, WhatsApp, HockeyCurve ad server, DSPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with internal teams like tech ops, design, sales, client engagement to ensure seamless execution of campaigns Sales & Revenue Management and Analytics and Reporting: - Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance. - Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact - Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to monitor, analyse and optimize marketing performance, key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Manage the marketing budget to achieve monthly and annual customer acquisition targets. - Analyze and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve outstanding results. - Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. - Monitor sales performance and implement tactics to increase revenue. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Identify cost-saving opportunities and investment areas to optimize ROI and maximize business value. - Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV), ROAS and CAC. - Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
