Job Description :

- We are looking for a candidate to manage our paid campaigns on google and facebook. As a AVP manager you need to monitor our budgets across Google, facebook to create campaigns, optimize and deliver targeted ROI for our various online courses in emerging technology.

- You should have understanding of Google Analytics, Configuration of account, Tracking Parameters and reporting.

Location - Mumbai (Powai)

Your typical day would require you to :

- Plan for campaigns across google, facebook - Work with other team members to get required creative.

- Understand weekly targets for leads from the marketing head.

- Monitor daily numbers for spends, visits and leads generated.

- Maintain daily, weekly and cumulative reports for spends and ROI.

- Find opportunities for optimization through A/B tests, blocking negatives etc.

- Compare performance on Desktop Vs Mobile and take corrective measures wherever required.

- Generate awareness for our products through extremely optimized display campaigns.

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.

- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.

- Design and review the Marketing department's budget

- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary

- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events

- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives

- Track competitors activities
