AVP/DVP - Strategic Alliances_General Insurance
- Acquiring Partnerships & Distribution for Bancassurance, NBFC, HFC, Digital business and
- Affinity businesses of sustainable quality/ scale which will deliver a profitable business model for the organization
- Identify and engage with prospective large and strategic distribution partners
- Assess and analyze the business potential of the prospect
- Build a business plan and strategy around the proposed partnership and secure reporting manager's approval
- Engage & interact with cross functional internal teams like product team, underwriters, operations, compliance, claims teams & tech teams, in order to support your business plan
- Engage with client CXO, to communicate the business plan and onboard the relationship
- Build long-term robust relationships with clients and customers
- Establish a strong market intelligence practice encompassing competition revenue, products offered, system and process
- Build a large list of business prospect pipeline
- Available to travel if business requires
Must haves :
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 5 -10 years of relevant business development experience
Key Requirements-Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record of signing up large distribution partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal skills / relationship management
- Ability to engage with client CXO levels at ease
- Good understanding of business - financial models and partner acquisition process
- Superior presentation and superb communication skills
- Sharp mind, ability to think creatively as well as data driven analytical thinking approach
- Target oriented and self-motivated
