- Responsible for top-line & bottom-line
- Ability to engage with client CXO levels at ease
- Build long-term robust relationships with clients and customers
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of the organisation & the client
- Strengthen business by deepening relations with adding on new products to the existing basket
- Co-create & innovate with client for product & process
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Engage & interact with internal stake holders like product teams, underwriters, Operations, Compliance, Claims teams & tech teams
- Responsible for Recruiting, nurturing & Driving a team
- Align with the over-all strategy of the vertical & its execution
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
