Experience - Relevant: Financial Services industry/ minimum 7 years experience in Credit / Risk Dept in Project Finance. Skills - Excellent Credit Knowledge - Should possess good negotiation skills - Knowledge of Project Finance/ECA financing. - Should have experience of handling large ticket size proposal. - Preparation of Notes/write up and Project Appraisal - Should be a good communicator - Should be presentable Primary Responsibilities 1. Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions (International). Developing Banking relationships (International). 2. Financial Advisory for Fund Raising on Infrastructure Projects. 3. A detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirements and advise on the financing structure. 4. Prepare Information memoranda, investor presentations, credit proposals and other such documents for banks/financial institutions. 5. Answering the queries from banks/FI on the proposal. Closely co-coordinating with the client. 6. Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions (International). Handling the proposal till the disbursement of funds.
