Data Onboarding & Transformation

- Manage data sourcing activity ensuring delivery in accordance with the master data sourcing inventory as defined by Group.

- Manage data onboarding and approval processes.

- Work with Demand Leads and SME's to understand detailed data requirements.

- Manage data onboarding activity ensuring data is available and operationalised as per data requirements and Data Sourcing Agreements

- Liaise with ITO to manage the implementation of new/updated data feeds and their transition into BAU production.

- Make representation and seek Design Authority approval for changes.

- Manage the regular audit of data onboarding processes and procedures.

- Work with stakeholders and Data Providers to resolve Data Quality Issues

- Support the creation and testing of data views and Manage the consumption of data views to create data objects in accordance with the master data sourcing roadmap and business requirements

- Ensure relevant permissions are sought from relevant stakeholders i.e. Data Owners, L&C Privacy and technology to access data.Ensure all transformation logic is documented and maintained including selection criteria and business rules.

- Ensure the relevant user roles and data view access permissions are implemented as per requirements

- Manage the assurance of data views to ensuring traceability to original requirements and ensure fit for purpose.

- Manage the maintenance of data objects using Transformer.

- Ensure relevant data object documentation is updated including change management of production data objects.

- Oversee UAT to ensure all data objects are delivered in accordance with business requirements

- Make representation to, and seek Design Authority approval for changes.

- Ensure that appropriate internal resources, systems, procedures and controls are in place and are operating effectively.

- Ensure timely reporting and escalation of significant issues to management.

- Manage performance, including budget and staff for the unit under control.

- Provide advice, support and input to the Group AML/Sanctions Program to ensure that ongoing future implementations of systems and associated procedures are in accordance with the Group Strategy, Standards, Policy, applicable laws and regulations and international best practices.

- Provide reports to the Screening Process Owner and other Senior Managers on the status of systems, key risks and emerging issues.

- Take decisions within delegated authorities. Where appropriate, onward delegation of authority to direct reports.

- Represent the List Management Operations on Sanctions screening issues through appropriate relationships (where applicable) with relevant Vendors / user Groups. Maintain or coordinate with the relevant operations unit to ensure that the relevant lists and database used in the transaction screening are up to date and promptly notify the relevant units of the change where appropriate.
