Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Deliver on Ad-hoc & Strategic projects and also Analytical packages that can be best practiced.
- Bring in best-in-class industry practices in Digital Analytics.
- Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different online marketing campaigns
- Proactively propose, initiate & execute strategic projects that leveraging Digital data.
- Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Leveraging the Digital data optimize the online marketing cost.
- Propose new digital data sources which could have potential impact on the business.
- All projects should be adhering to SLA's on timeliness, accuracy & compliance.
- Regularly communicate with Stakeholders on Projects
- Facilitate team meetings with US Portfolio analytics team.
- Proactively leverage expertise in the larger team to deliver positive business impact.
- Explore latest Tools and Techniques in the Industry and leverage them for Advance analytics.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics domain with at least 2 years in Digital Analytics.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or B.tech / M.Tech or relevant experience.
- Strong Experience in Adobe Analytics or Omniture or Google Analytics is mandatory.
- Experience in Dynamic Tag Management or Ensighten is mandatory.
- Data analysis using SAS or Python or R highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge on using Tableau is mandatory
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.
- Knowledge on SQL, UNIX and oracle database.
Desired Characteristics:
- Ability to drive initiates for Talent Development in the larger team.
- Understanding of macro-economic conditions
- Good knowledge of latest Analytical practices in the Industry.
- Knowledge on Social Media and tools that analyses
- Good understanding of Credit card, private-label, or financial services business.
