Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications :

Qualifications

- Masters in any numeric discipline :-

- MS/ MCA / MBA in Finance

- Engineering (or B-tech with relevance experience)

- Economics

- Stats/Maths

Experience

- At least 10 years of professional experience in financial services and risk analytics.

- Prior experience in leading a team or working in a team environment.

- Prior experience in Portfolio Analysis and Monitoring in driving strategic initiatives would be advantageous

- Eye for detail, flair to improve data quality & process re-engineering

- Should have an analytical mindset with a good understanding of language, syntax and SAS/SQL coding logic.

- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in an innovative environment.

- Should have earlier experience to generate customer advocacy through proper demonstration of ownership and right acumen to drive team to attain stretched target.

- Demonstrated high energy level, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to deal in a multi-stake holder relationship in a complex environment

- Prior experience in people management
