Assistant Vice President - Contract Drafting & Negotiation - Legal

Responsibilities:

Drafting and Coordinating Legal Documents:

- Prepare and manage various legal documents such as business agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, MOUs, partner agreements, and more.

Review and Compliance:

- Review and ensure compliance with labor laws and any new legal notifications.

- Regularly review and update company policies.

Contract Management:

- Oversee the review, negotiation, and finalization of contracts to safeguard the company's interests.

- Ensure all open contracts and documents are reviewed and closed efficiently.

Document Management:

- Maintain a well-organized repository for all important documents.

- Ensure proper preservation and management of legal documents.

Legal Updates and Risk Management:

- Stay updated with the latest case laws and legal changes that could impact the business.

- Identify and advise on legal risks, and provide strategies for mitigation.

Trademark Registration:

- Handle the registration and management of trademarks.

Legal Protection:

- Provide legal protection against various risks including criminal and civil liabilities.
