- To support operational leaders in identifying and implementation of change approach and process improvements
- Support to manage Continuous Improvement (CI) & Change Excellence (CX) initiatives/projects
- Offer technical expertise on methodologies (like BPM, Lean), tools and practices, incl. training
- Participate & contribute in organization's vision for Continuous Improvement Program.
- Review business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice.
- Support enabling processes with continuous improvement techniques for performance optimization
