Assistant Vice President - Content Consumption Analyst

What will you be doing?

- Manage the pipeline of work associated with transformation of existing content that will be undertaken by Content Creators, Conversational Designer, and Digital Media Content Creator

- Work with stakeholders to establish a pipeline of demand and SLAs

- Analyse data to draw out insights and identify opportunities to develop content to support colleagues

- Monitor content usage and propose opportunities to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for:

GLOBAL Migration experience-For Eg Migration from Success factor to work day

Well versed in Understanding HR LINGos /Jargons Such as :

1. PL OR Privilege leave or earl leave (EL) in India Or in US PL's or in UK is Annual Leaves.

2. Hospitalization Benefits in India or Health insurance elsewhere. Very good HR language experience.

- Worked on transformation Projects in terms of content space.

- Excellent written and spoken English with ability to interpret subtlety for global user base

- Proven experience building digital media content and experiences in an agile environment

- Able to act speedily, decisively, and flexibly, using sound judgment to deliver engaging conversational content with pace and precision

- Self-starter with energy, drive, and confidence

- Skilled in drawing out insights from large data sets

- Attention to detail

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Project management

- Experience working with Content Management systems

- Experience working in an agile environment, preferably in financial services / HR
