Role : AVP - Contact Center Solutioning - BPO / ITeS
Location : Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Bangalore
Job Description:
- Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to strategize, create and propose best in class solutions that address problem statements/business objectives.
- Provide consultative services for current business challenges and provide industry domain led solutions.
- Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc. for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, Companie's value proposition and credentials to service to client's specific requirements across geos with domain offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process for specific deals allocated in the Industry practice.
- Participation in special/strategic projects from time to time.
- Strive towards attaining the allocated revenue targets allocated.
Education Qualification/Work Experience & Skills:
- BCom/BSc, BE/MBA with overall experience of 8 to 12 years, with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Contact Center solutioning with BPO / ITeS Organisations.
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical ability.
- Deep understanding of the Travel Domain.
- Strong execution orientation and problem solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of team.
- Experience in a Solutions role required.
- Proven client management skills.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task.
- Ability to understand customer requirements in the travel domain and provide appropriate solution.
- Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills.
