Responsibilities :

- Collaborating with senior leaders on internal and external-facing materials.

- Crafting leadership communications, employee communications and external communications for social media.

- Drafting of presentations, talking points, and internal emails, as well as social media posts representing the organization.

- Exercise judgment and advice regarding message tone, format, timing, vehicle, and audience to ensure the best and most effective approach to achieving communication goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree required - journalism, public relations, or marketing major preferred.

- 18+ years of experience in a communications role required.

- Insurance or Financial Services industry experience preferred.

- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, including spelling and grammar with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven work environment.

- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills takes initiative and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teams as needed to achieve shared goals.

- Confident self-starter who is also a collaborative team player.

- A proactive and solutions-driven strategic thinker.
