Assistant Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Operation - Investment Bank

We have an opening with leading IB based in Bangalore for AVP- Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Operation .

About the Role

- Manage commercial mortgage operations team with 150 team members.

Responsibilities

- Build a strong relationship with onshore partners and contribute to business priorities.

- Lead strategic projects to achieve efficiency gain and process improvements.

- Identify new opportunities for EGS to support the business.

- Responsible for team member engagement, growth and talent development.

- Manage FTE and RnR budget as per the plan.

- Adhere to Risk & compliance.

Essential Qualifications

- B.Com Graduate

- CA / CFA / MBA Finance

- Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate Business is mandatory

- Ability to understand and develop financial models for cash flow analysis, underwriting

- Experience in commercial mortgage servicing is a must

- Experience of managing large teams and resources located remotely

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business partners

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

- Any Certification in banking domain will be an added advantage
