Assistant Vice President - Co-Lending - Startup

Currently hiring for AVP Co- Lending this opportunity is with a leading startup based out of Mumbai:

Role : AVP Co - Lending

Location : Mumbai

- The candidate will work with leading Banks and NBFCs of the country and thus help organization scale up rapidly.

- Be the face of organization externally and the SPOC for all communication with Lending partners

- Work closely with Lending partners, founding team and internal stakeholders to plan for new partnerships and align cross-functional teams and drive go-live dates in a structured manner

- Work with leading Financial institutions and liaison with cross-functional teams of the partner like Alliances, Program, Policy, Credit & Operations

- Work closely with internal business teams to align numbers and drive disbursals across BUs

- Work closely with credit underwriting teams to understand policy and handle assessment process internally and externally

- Work closely with operations team to ensure fulfillment of funds

- Responsible for setting up processes at each stage and align teams to targets

- Keep abreast of latest happenings in the world of Lending like Market intelligence,

Competitive Benchmarking, Regulatory changes, etc.

- The candidate will be working on programs to drive business growth through extensive coordination among stakeholders, both internal and external users

- The candidate will be part of a rapidly growing new Line of Business and will be responsible for end-to-end coordination from sourcing customers till disbursals
