Job Description : You will be a part of the solutioning team and will be responsible to work on a variety of initiatives to support our client on key and critical projects across the functional cycle.

Description :

- You will implement an integrated managed solution to provide solution options and drive growth through increased win rates and take a systematic approach to manage pipeline to on board more clients.

- Pre-Sales responsibilities. You will be responsible to deliver innovative and compelling proposals efficiently. Additionally, create and collate content, create technical solution and deal pricing, customise case studies and collaterals, process flow diagrams, swim lanes, get required approvals and ensure timely completion and submission of the RFI/RFP response.

- You will be responsible to provide unique and competitive solutions leveraging our client's capability to enable broader opportunity with providing a demo solution/capability to our client's clients. Additionally you will workshop with the Insurance clientele to understand and document their requirements with respect to functional specifications / business specification documents.

- You will liaison with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication while leading weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally you will prepare/report project status periodically, developing and maintaining an exhaustive project plan for each project assigned

Profile :

- Overall experience of 12 years and industry experience (Property & Casualty, P&C). (Must Have)

- Extensive knowledge about complete P&C insurance value chain ie - submission, quotes, policy bound, billing and reinsurance. (Must Have)

- Extensive experience in pre-sales, project management, client solutioning, client on boarding with a strong understanding of application and IT services. (Must Have)

- More than 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst - pre sales, project management, business development role in any IT/ITES organisation.

- More than 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance organisation, or a role exposure in a big four consulting firm with solutioning/consulting responsibilities. (Must Have)

- Process improvement, Scrum, Agile training certification a big advantage.

- As it is a client facing role - You need to have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
