Primary Responsibilities :
1. Generation of profitable growth through the Broker Relationships in the region
a. Product wise GWP as per the budgets
b. Maintain business mix to achieve desired COR
c. Recovery of premium for Co-insurance arrangements with other insurers
2. Building Relationships with Brokers and Commercial clients through engagement with people across levels at each broker
a. Build a local team to engage with brokers and provide support to their requirements
b. Work along with the Client support executives to enhance capabilities of the brokers
3. Driving Broker satisfaction through operational excellence and quality service - facilitate through collaborative engagement with internal stakeholders
4. Tracking of Competitor activities to understand the market trends and take pro-active actions
5. Develop an effective people structure and define the job description for each level in the people structure - Recruit team as per the people plan and maintain engagement and motivation with the team
6. Ensure compliance of the legal, statutory and organizational guidelines
