- Business achievement through effective empanelment, relationship management of Channel Partners and Branches.
- Focused on building a robust Channel sourcing portfolio.
- Monitors channel performance for business, bouncing, delinquency, RCU triggers.
- Builds and executes optimized payout, marketing plan and contests for the channel business.
- Taking ownership of the channel business and updating/training of products and other rules and regulations to CROs/BMs on regular basis.
- Helps development of 100 odd loyal channel partners that deliver an average of 3 Crore per annum.
- Builds 2-3 large corporate channel partners for Mortgage loan Business.
- Monitoring Channel Cases closely and timely intervention to support the business.
- Being a catalyst of consistent and reliable business.
- Proactive involvement in implementing new initiatives of the company with high spirit and quality.
