Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Business Strategy function is aligned under the Global COO for Client Operations and is responsible for formulating and implementing a strategic operating model which delivers a globally consistent governance framework, applying best practice across the organization, covering all aspects of service support - headcount management and reporting, performance metrics & MI management, cost management and financials, service management and communication, customer service and driving client culture.

- The function plays a key role in resource management for the Client Operations business globally, which involves planning, budgeting, tracking and reporting on global headcount and related metrics which drive business decisions. The team works closely with senior leadership in monitoring any changes to the operating model, strategy and structure of the business. The Business Management function is a key point of contact for the relevant business heads in Client Operations, with respect to site level.

- Master's from Top Tier Business School

Professional Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant industry and role

- Excellent communication - Both verbal and written

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationship with senior stakeholders across different geographies in virtual/global teams

- Ability to negotiate and collaborate in order to meet organizational goals

- Strong business and commercial orientation

- Good presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills with a problem solving capability & drive solutions

- Very good prioritizing, planning and organizing skills

- Experience of working in a changing environment, and having managed change in processes/teams

- Must be well organised and able to multi-task effectively

- Ability to quickly understand the process and how it adds value to the business.

- Experience of working in a data function interfacing with Global Markets and/or Global Banking systems and processes will be useful, though not critical.

- Self-motivated and able to prioritise

- Organised and structured approach

- Strong MS Office skills, especially using PowerPoint and Excel
