AVP, Business Planning- Unsecured Loans
- The Business Planning Manager will be a subject matter expert on unsecured loans and act as a bridge between the sales team and the product team. The overall objective of this role is to drive sales for the designated product through the sales team, working closely with the product team.
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting to the sales head, this position will be a individual contributor role and will be responsible for :
- Business Planning- Sales planning and incentive planning across teams and geographies
- Identify techniques to improve sales productivity to ensure business targets are met
- Build competitor intelligence in order to enhance business offering
- Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business
- Apply in-depth knowledge of sales to resolve client issues and identify client needs
- Identify new market opportunities and influence decisions through advice and counsel
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework
Qualifications :
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in sales, product management or business planning with a financial services firm, with expertise in using analytics to drive business decisions
- Good knowledge of banking and financial products sales
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Education :
- CA/MBA from Tier 1 College
