Exposure to OrgVue or similar org modeling tool will be at advantage. Experience working on Workforce Management Systems related tools will be helpful.
- The role demands to work on various tools mainly OrgVue and is expected to troubleshoot (collaboration with OrgVue vendor) in a BAU environment.
- Commercial acumen with excellent attention to details, coordination, communications & analysis skills
- The role is required to articulate issues and draw conclusions in a clear, simple and timely manner for a matrix of the audience up to executive level
- Great time management and ensure deliverables are fulfilled punctually and at good quality
- Advanced level of MS Office Tools i.e. Word, Excel (VBA, macros, pivots) and PowerPoint
- Advanced level of MI and presentation skills
- Great sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive data or projects
- Experience in AOP planning and headcount management is preferred
- Experience in automation of workflows, processes and exposure to related tools is preferred
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and modeling / Having knowledge on Data Architecture is preferred
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and concerns and deliver a quality results
- Experience of using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills, preferably in a matrix functional environment
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, and proven abilities in working across cultures
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
