Job Description:

AVP, Business Development(Lady Officer ) Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation:

- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement.

- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and key contacts. Identify market strategies to attract clients.

- Explore business potential, opportunities, and clientele to secure profitable business volumes.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the assigned area.

- Ensure a strong understanding of our security manpower services, competition, and industry positioning.

- Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring market trends to achieve metrics and stay ahead in the market.

Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.

- Follow the latest industry developments and stay updated on corporate competitors.

- Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.

- Contribute to strategic planning and policy development at the highest level.

Project and Team Management:

- Manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
