AVP Business Development Large Corporates


Role Description :

- This is an exciting time in company. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

- The incumbent will play a vital role in strategy formulation and business development to engage the Large Corporates / Conglomerates ecosystem across employee screening and onboarding, merchant/vendor/seller onboarding and other related use-cases.


- S/he will work across lines of business at company to bring deals, partnerships, capabilities and strategic alliances across leading players from this industry.


- S/he will be responsible for understanding and supporting the growth vision, strategy planning, new business model innovation, metric creation and tracking, resourcing and mitigating risks for TU's business with such clients.

- Role will involve an individual to work closely with large Corporates and solve their critical business issues via TU's existing and new products.


- Individual will also be responsible for driving the strategy and product development roadmap within company for non-lender and large corporate use-cases. Individual would be required to work closely with Product, IT, Strategy, Sales and Operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build relationships with key decision makers, CXOs across established large Corporate brands that operate across multiple industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Healthcare, IT/BPO to name a few.

- Discover existing as well as new critical business issues of all ecosystem players such as employees, blue/grey collared workforce, contractors, sellers, merchants and vendors. Help formulate a strategy wherein company can help solve key issues for them with its existing or new capabilities and constantly refine the product-market fit for company.

- Grow revenue across non-member large Corporates by increasing product coverage and penetrate across all identified companies Product Offerings to achieve targets.

- Work closely with the Business Head in tracking opportunities and driving closure on them as per expected targets.

Experience and Skills :

- A minimum of 13 years' experience in Enterprise B2B selling, ideally in a relevant industry

- Experience on business development and strategy formulation

- Excellent verbal and written communication and high interpersonal skills

- An analytical bent of mind to interpret numbers, MIS metrics both tactically and strategically

- Ability to work under pressure to deliver beyond target expectations

- Extremely strong customer focus

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

- Good planning and organizing skills

- Possess entrepreneurial spirit and competitive attitude

- Hard working and having an eye for detail

- Lots of energy and passion for achieving targets
