AVP - Inside Sales

- Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President - Inside Sales will be a pivotal leader in our international sales strategy, focusing on closing high-potential clients in the US and UK markets.

- This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, strong client relationship management, and an ability to drive significant revenue growth.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the international sales landscape and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy for the US and UK markets.

- Lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives.

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify, engage, and close high-potential clients in the US and UK, focusing on large, strategic deals.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Customize sales approaches to meet the unique needs of each client and drive successful outcomes.

- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the US and UK markets.

- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.

- Performance Management and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

- Team Development and Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team.

- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to drive success.

- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong background in international markets
