AVP - Business Development

- Experience of 18-23 - years in Sales/Business Development with at least 15 years around Contact Center with last 3-5 years purely focused on New age Contact Center ( Voice BOT, Chat BOT, Mobile App based solutions)

- Excellent understanding of industry around least BFSI, Ecommerce & Retail, Hi-tech & telecom & must have done large deals.

- Must have very good exposure on Cloud based Telephony, Understands and has sold Omni Channel App based solutions.

- Bring domain knowledge across the Meter to cash value chains in the E&U and O&G sectors

- Develop and execute the solutions to be delivered to our clients

- Provide vision, strategy and guidance to the Presales team in developing opportunities with prospects and existing customer base

- Play a key role in uncovering opportunities to provide additional solutions within existing major accounts

- Provide business value proposition to existing client base and proposal.
