Assistant Vice President - Business Development

Position: AVP - Business Development for SME/ Corporate

Reporting to: Vice President

Location: Mumbai and Kolkata

JOB SUMMARY :

- The incumbent shall be responsible for delivering the Business Insurance output for the channel.

- The Role will be responsible for the successful execution of the end to end business insurance program on the channel.

Operate as an SME :

- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for Business Insurance in the Channel.

- Ability to resolve all queries of the field related to the business.

- Provide on the field support to the sales team to close deals.

Training and Development :

- Spearhead all enablement initiatives for the producers and supervisors on business insurance.

- Design and deployment of the training content and training roadmap.

- Conduct workshop and on the field training of the sales team in key Markets.
