Job Description :

The Specialized Analytics Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities:

- Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies

- Identies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes

- Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques

- Incumbents in this role may often be referred to as Data Scientists

- Specialization in marketing, risk, digital and AML elds possible

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience

- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences required

- Problem-solving, root cause analysis skills required

- Ability to focus on multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast-paced working environment

- Relevant work experience in data quality, data analytics, data management within the nancial services industry required

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

- Bachelors/University degree from premium institute preferably Masters from TIER 1/ TIER 2
