Roles and Responsibilities
LOCATION : MUMBAI / CHENNAI
Job Description :
- The operations delivery function is at the core of processing every customer financial transaction.
- It links risk management and control processes to help protect the organizations assets and reputation.
- Operations staff work closely with the other divisions as well as external clients (as required) to help facilitate smooth delivery of business and fulfillment.
- This includes processing, servicing, accounting, reporting functions, and customer service.
- Communicates within the organization department managers/officers to promote efficient and correct workflow, establish positive working relationships across the organization/intra and inter departments.
Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate would have worked across the financial services industry namely NBFC s, Banks, HFCs, MicroFin, or FINTECHs in general, in the areas of either of the following areas, i.e., Retail or Institutional Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Loans, Debt Syndication etc.
In one of the credit Bureaus :
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Industry
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Analytics domain
- Proficiency in Fiserv/Green Screen, DM10, and/or Vision+
- Proficiency in all Microsoft programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload, work independently, with strong follow-up and follow through skills
Desired Qualifications :
- Strong working knowledge of the Fiserv system including but not limited to Fiserv Query Tool (Open Data Stream), Vision +, GECOM, Recovery systems, and Allegro platform. -
Previous Credit Bureau experience is a must
- Previous Project Management experience a must
- Strong Technical skills on VBA macros and report automation
