- Lead the innovation agenda for the company by working closely with your reporting team, cross-functional partners and external partners to develop a robust two-year innovation pipeline in line with consumer and business needs. This will include
- Build the marketing calendar in close partnership with the core brand revenue team to cover for Key campaign calendar & Innovation launch management. Use marketing team and external agency partners to develop full 360-degree campaign including
- Lead the charge on driving innovation rigor through tools like
- Lead the association with key beverage partner
- Ensure the proper management of innovation team from both food & beverages
- Experience in forging great working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders including agency partners and support functions like operations and supply chain.
- Worked with leading consumer-oriented brands and categories and been an integral part of major campaigns and product launches. Strong brand management / Strategy & Innovation experience is BOTH needed.
- MBA from top institutes with at least 11-15 yrs invested in building a category, within a consumer-oriented organization
