Extensive work on Learning & Development
- External Agencies, Campus, Social Media etc
- Internal Clients/ Functional Heads handling
- Internal communication & Corporate communication
Also a BPHR Generalist, who can handle :
- Maintain Manpower Plans up to date
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
- Maintain Job Description for all the posts
- Set KRAs and KPIs for the team by coordinating with the reporting manager
- Competency Assessment and Mapping
- Coordinate and conduct Mid-year appraisal and Annual appraisal
- Conduct employee engagement activity every year
- Compensation and Rewards Management
- Ensure smooth relationship between the management and the employees through effective handling of employee concerns / queries to resolve work related issues
- Conduct exit interviews/CSS to identify reasons for employee resignation and mitigate attrition
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievances and POSH
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
- Training Need Identification and Assessment
- Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes as per PCMM
- Driving Training Initiatives

- Dash board/analytics/HR advisory
