As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Alliances, you will be working closely with target companies to build synergies and foster strong partnerships.
What you will do :
- Developing and executing a comprehensive alliance strategy to identify and target potential partners for integrating their solutions/Applications on Company's Tech Platform
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to coordinate integration efforts and streamline processes
- Defining integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables and ensuring their successful implementation
- Building the vertical and making it a revenue stream
- Identifying potential challenges or roadblocks during the integration process and developing proactive mitigation strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of integration initiatives, track performance against set objectives
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or corporate partnerships, with a focus on integrating tech products
- Proven track record of successfully integrating company's tech products with target companies
- Strong technical acumen to assess potential partners and evaluate compatibility for integration
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet with target companies and oversee integration activities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality
