- Deliver in-house-designed or customized training programs using interactive training methods
- Drive Learning activities in set of stores through calendars and sit-throughs
- Design, customize training programs to meet and exceed the needs of the business units
- Conduct TNA and TNI to track performance of learners on shop floor.
- RO and store Employee orientation as part of on boarding.
- Regular Travelling to various locations for training delivery.
- Organize and monitor operations and systems training, and internalize product training.
- Making recommendations and driving improvement.
- Drive new learning initiatives and centralized programs for business as a whole.
- Work with content development team & design training curriculum on process specific business requirements
- Support the Central team in content development and other initiatives
