Job Designation : Assistant Trade Category Manager

Number of Position(s) : 1

Qualification : MBA (Candidates From Premier Institutes only)

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Main purpose of the role :

- The ATCM is responsible for developing and implementing category trade plans which support the objectives of our brands and the customers/channels.

- ATCM is the bridge/interface between CD and Marketing function ensuring plans on both ends come together which result in market share gain for the categories

- ATCM will coordinate & consolidate the planning for trade plans across channels and will also bring out shoppers and customers point of view in all category discussions

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and coordinate by branch the category plans and lead the Activities

- Planning to create 3 months rolling sales plans & targets

- Build trade and POS plans based on category insights, customer/channel & shopper insights to deliver the agreed results.

- Develop trade category and geography strategy to deliver category/brand objectives

- Responsible for TTS Budgets for the category

- Responsible for the TCP, channel audit and sales analysis by customer and by branch

- Deliver the annual growth plan for the category by deploying the portfolio in diff geographies/channels
